CURRENTLY TAKING APPLICATIONS from local artists for our Artists' Day on Saturday, April 18th! All art mediums are welcome, as well as pottery, textiles, jewelry, woodcrafts, and any other art that is handmade by YOU! Displays will be located outdoors, with access to electric. Some spots are covered, or you may bring a small tent.

We have just eight spots available, so email us at customerservice@shorerivergardens.com with a short bio, and photos of your work! 

Tom from Bakes Gone Wild is BACK!! Saturday May 2nd, from 12 to 5, come enjoy delicious, hand-tossed artisan pizza while you shop for beautiful flowers and plants!

Tom will be here from 12 to 5 with those delicious, fresh ingredients, creating his unique flavor combinations! The full menu will be posted before the event...good luck choosing!!

Sunday, May 12 from 9am to 12pm, come enjoy delicious coffee and beverages from Hudson Willow Coffee! Lattes, cappuccino, flat white, regular/decaf coffee and more, plus matcha and Chai teas! A selection of syrups, as well as almond, oat and whole milks are available, so you can create your perfect cup! Enjoy a delicious drink while you shop for your spring flowers and plants!

Beautiful new pottery is here! We have a great new line from Accent Decor, plus great round and footed terracotta containers, decorative stone accents, and lots more! 

Now is the time to repot those houseplants, so come on in and choose a pot! We'll even do the potting for you!

Calatheas are prized for their patterned leaves. We have a nice assortment, including Rattlesnake, Rosy (pictured), and Makoyana. Calatheas are non-toxic to pets and humans. Likes high to medium indirect light, and humidity. Keep evenly moist, not wet.

Hate to water? ZZ is for you! These hardy houseplants love to go really dry between waterings, requiring water only once a month or so. They prefer bright or medium indirect light, but will adapt to low light as well.

Tillandsias are beautiful air plants. They require no soil, and a heavy weekly misting (or soaking) keeps them happy! About as easy as it gets! Likes bright indirect light, and good air circulation.

One of our most popular houseplants is the Fiddle Leaf Fig! A member of the ficus family, they prefer bright, indirect light, high humidity, and consistent watering. Let the top 2 to 3 inches of soil dry out between waterings, and keep the plant out of drafts.

This vibrantly colored, easy-care plant prefers moderate indirect light, and high humidity. Let the top third of the soil dry out before watering, as they dislike being wet.

This adorable hanging plant has leaves that look like little frogs! A relative of Creeping Fig, it likes medium light and even moisture. Keep out of direct sun!

Do you keep your home on the cool side? Cyclamen will love to live with you! These colorful bloomers flower indoors throughout the coldest months of the year. Give them a bright spot (no direct sun!) and just a little water.

Beautiful Orchids are easier to keep than most people think! Find them a bright, draft-free spot, and they'll reward you with blooms for months. Remember, no direct sun is required, and go easy on the water.
