Return & Refund Policy

We love our plants here at Shore River Gardens and we want you to love our plants too! We strive to give our plants the best care and our team is here to help you to do the same. We encourage you to ask questions when you are shopping with us, but in the case that your plant seems to be struggling, please contact us as soon as possible.  

Shore River Gardens will offer store credit equal to the purchase price for the following departments: roses, trees and shrubs until November 1 of the purchase year. We cannot offer guaranteed returns on annuals, perennials, vegetable plants, herbs, houseplants, hanging baskets, or custom arrangements.

Everyday Garden Accessory & Hard good items, in their original condition, may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date and will be refunded in the original form of payment.  

Seasonal Garden Accessory & Hard good items must be returned, in saleable condition, within 14 days of purchase and will be refunded in the form of store credit.

We will be happy to help you with any questions or concerns regarding your returns or exchanges at Shore River Gardens, but please note:

• We reserve the right to refuse a refund without a valid Shore River Gardens receipt 
• Any items that are purchased at a discounted price are final sale and non-refundable
• All returns/refunds are subject to approval by management.
